SOON IS NOW, the festival of climate and eco art and live performance in Beacon, NY has been moved up! We are now on Sunday, October 1st from 12pm-3:30pm.
HOW TO SOON IS NOW: Come to Scenic Hudson’s Long Dock Park at 12pm to see a visual arts exhibition in the River Center (the red barn), meet climate activists and sign up for a tour. We give (3) 45 minute tours of all of the performances at 12:30pm, 1pm and 1:30pm. You can arrive anytime before a tour to get on. Just check in at the River Center where the tours begin. Then stick around and experience THE RESISTANCE REVIVAL CHORUS up from NYC to sing a closing concert at 3pm.
*if you cannot make it for one of the scheduled tours, reach out to @soon_isnow on IG and you can join the 11am dress rehearsal run through.
Address: Scenic Hudson’s Long Dock Park, 23 Long Dock Road, Beacon, NY. Note: overflow parking is free on the weekends at the Metro North Beacon Train Station, a short walk to the event.
The Spirit of Beacon parade is happening but you will be able to drive to Long Dock Park – Beekman street and access to Beekman street is open down to the Park from Wolcott/9D & North Ave/9D
